LED display issue vertical lines and lef BlurDear Concern, I have recently purchased above 32inch LED TV in 4-9-2016 Sep 2016 which is installed by Samsung Executive at Wall as on day I have not shifted our house in between this period at my house only my self and my wife stays where we both are employees we will be at home after 7Clock at evening, but on last week my wife has on the TV as Regularly use to ON after I have seen this error I have called to Customer Care guys one of the executive has came to home I have kept leave to office ion the day for that executive he simply came and ONd the TV same error he simply taken Two snaps and said that it is Display problem and LED is Broken I asked him how can be possible TV which is already placed in Wall. he was not answered simply he has filled some form and said that from company side they cannot help customer for this issue . i have called to showroom n no of times but no response Customer Service Executive says that Estimation cost is 15000k TV Cost itself is Rs29700 only for Screen it is Rs15000 what other parts they are giving in warranty. kindly clearly mention in warranty details that what are the parts you are providing to clients in TV issues. I think ur making fraud commitments to client I have taken TV last four months before and Still my TV EMI is Due for Five Months where i have to pay Required company's intervention to solve the issue and get my solution. Where i can feel Happy by Purchasing this LED of Samsung company products i have lost my Happiness and Mental torchers with Samsung executives and walking to your Samsung Showrooms by wasting my time and money.
